Using a keen eye for design, John enjoys working out options with all principal parties. With 25 years of experience, John understands value engineering and when it should be implemented, providing a foundation for making solid judgement calls in the field.

Every home is a product of careful construction and meticulous attention. The building’s energy consumption and conservation is a staple concern at JMC, and is a high priority during the design and construction phase. JMC proudly uses Energy Star rated windows and doors. JMC welcomes the opportunity to update existing homes with new, high-efficiency doors and windows and will work closely with clients to find just the right fit for their home.
John and his crews have perfected the use of antique reclaimed wood for structural support and aesthetics. Re-using and recycling any existing material is the ultimate conservation effort and results in a beautiful, one-of-a-kind product.
